Q1 2022

There was almost nowhere to hide in Q1 2022 as Russia invaded Ukraine, the Federal Reserve initiated long-awaited increases in short-term interest rates, high inflationary figures continued, and elevated valuations in growth stocks and bonds all contributed to downdrafts in all major asset class categories. Against all of the red ink, the performance of commodities stood almost alone as global supply chains experienced even greater constraints with the war in Ukraine. New Capital portfolios have in general held up relatively well and meaningfully outperformed their benchmarks; however, it has been impossible to completely avoid the generally negative global climate. Register to join us on Thursday, April 28th at 4 pm for our next webinar as we discuss current market conditions.

Our conversion to our new portfolio reporting system, Orion, is complete and Q1 2022 Quarterly Reports are now available on NCM360. For your convenience, we have programmed our new reports to very closely resemble our old ones; however, if you have any questions about reading the reports, please email Jaycee.

If you have not yet done so, please schedule your 15-minute access session with Catherine to get your login instructions and a quick tutorial on the system. If you would like your reports printed and mailed to you every quarter, please email Catherine.
