Jaycee Smalley, Vice President
It is my pleasure to announce that New Capital has appointed Jaycee Smalley as its Vice President (I have acted as President since New Capital’s inception in 2004).
Jaycee is a young hard-working superstar in our industry. She exudes calm and confidence, and produces quality work in everything she does. Jaycee works closely with me on a daily basis to obtain the best results we can for client portfolios, financial plans, and client tasks.
Jaycee is liked, trusted, and appreciated by literally every single one of our clients, and I often receive private notes to that effect. She is alway reliable, polite, accurate, explanatory, timely, and patient. Within our company, Jaycee often makes the trains run on time and keeps lists and tasks organized and central for the rest of our phenomenal team to follow. She is modest and always helps others around her to learn and succeed.
Jaycee graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She was recently invited to join Dimensional Fund Advisors prestigious study group program as an “emerging leader.” Jaycee and Fernando Morquecho were married in January 2023.
